Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for incoming leads from online social media channels and further platforms and for opportunities coming from service technicians. Will be responsible for proper qualification process of the leads, assuring that all the leads are timely and properly addressed.
The candidate will also be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound cold calls as well as emails and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
Main activities
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing information and developing new and existing accounts.
Remote selling of Professional appliances using digital channels according to customers preference: Teams calls, phone calls, email exchange etc.
Properly monitor and gather all sources of Professional leads, qualify, route and address leads to the proper sales channel and/or convert leads into sales directly from Inside Sales
Reach a high conversion rate of leads into orders and achieve the indicated target of Inside Sales business performance in terms of quantity and quality of sales.
Enlarge the share of sales via digital channels
Collaborate on daily base with sales, marketing and back office team
Qualifications and skills required
Graduate, Post Graduate or eventually even not graduated, but holding a strong specific experience and selling attitude in similar roles
2-3 years business experience in Sales and/or Marketing, telemarketing or online sales. Proper sales attitude can be more important than longer experience
Understanding the B2B business (eventually in Professional appliances or comparable industry), as well as customer needs and requirements
Interest to develop and to keep update a good knowledge of Professional product range as well as their features and applications, ability to manage multiple product categories.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools. Strong advantage the experience with previous CRM systems and with SAP
Interest for business development and for searching/starting new business opportunities and initiatives. Willing to upsell products, accessories, consumables, services
English language (B1/B2)
